Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Composer
(1844 - 1908). Russian composer. He had little formal musical training, but over time he developed the finest technique of any of his colleagues in the famed "Russian Five" (Balakirev, Borodin, Cui, and Mussorgsky).
