Sinfonia’s Crescendo! will feature multiple Vintner Dinners on Friday, February 15, hosted in elegant homes and venues throughout the region. Some of the country’s most exclusive vineyards including Constant Diamond Mountain, Thompson 31Fifty, Blackbird Vineyards, St.Helena Winery, Oakville Ranch, Terra Valentine | Foretell, Silver Trident, and Crocker & Starr will be pouring wines. Culinary maestros include top chefs from the Gulf Coast region and beyond including: Food Network's James Briscione, Jack McGuckin of Bijoux Restaurant + Spirits, Luis Pous of Asia de Cuba, Gary Palm of The Henderson, Nathan Davis of Cuveé Kitchen + Wine Bar, Ryan McNay and Richard McCord of Marrow, Orion Cordoves of Coastal Catering, plus more!
