Kyu Yeon Kim

In 2006, Kyu Yeon Kim became the first Korean musician to enter the AXA Dublin International Piano Competition, bringing home second prize. In addition to recital and orchestral appearances at major venues throughout her native country, Ms. Kim has performed in Austria, Australia, Germany, Japan, and the United States.  She has been a featured soloist with the Moscow Conservatory, Hungarian Chamber, Seoul Philharmonic, RTE National (Dublin), St. Petersburg Conservatory, and Utah Symphony Orchestras. Ms. Kim credits her mother Kyung-sook Lee, former Dean of the School of Music at Korea‚Äôs Yonsei University for nurturing her talent and passion for music-making.
