Percussionist Mari Yoshinaga is a member of arx duo with
Garrett Arney, described by composer Alejandro Vinao as “absolutely wonderful,
graceful, and powerful … Apart from remarkable individual talents, [arx duo]
connects in a very special way.” The duo has performed recitals, coached
chamber groups and given lectures and private lessons in Asia, Europe and the
