American violinist Nadir Khashimov began his studies at the age of 7 and studied with his father. He currently resides in Philadelphia and attends the Curtis Institute of Music, under the tutelage of renowned violinists Pamela Frank and Shmuel Ashkenasi. Previous teachers include Vakhob Khashimov, Sergiu Schwartz and Patricio Cobos.
